Don't gloat about PEPFAR cuts
Trump signed an executive order to cut the PEPFAR foreign aid program, a program started by George W. Bush which steals money from American taxpayers in order to buy medicine for people who chose to have irresponsible sex and their children. Secretary of State Marco Rubio unfroze some PEPFAR funds. The future of the program is uncertain.
Trump’s cuts are a direct rejection of the Utilitarian philosophy and, needless to say, Utilitarians1 are upset about it. Utilitarian substacker
