I'm sure it's true that mass immigration has reduced support for neoconservative principles, but neoconservatives have been far from monolithically in support of loose immigration policies. As I lay out in one of my articles, a number of prominent neocon writers have advocated restricting immigration, sometimes even based on ethnic considerations: https://merionwest.com/2025/02/12/the-myth-of-neocon-anti-nationalism/. Perhaps some of them anticipated what you describe here.

Nope, their foreign policy failures actually did relatively little to reduce their support among white voters. See the sources linked in the article.
