“I don’t believe in mental health”

Based. Read Thomas Szasz’s chapter on Deirdre McCloskey in his 2000 book “Faith in Freedom”:

I concluded that transsexualism is not a disease: "The transsexual male is indistinguishable from other males, save by his desire to be a woman.... If such a desire qualifies as a disease, transforming the desiring agent into a 'transsexual,' then the old person who wants to be young is a 'transchronological,' the poor person who wants to be rich is a 'transeconomical,' and so on." Clearly, psychiatrists do not classify all personal desires as diseases. The fact that they do so identify the desire for a change in sex roles is one of the manifestations of our living in a therapeutic state. Ostensibly, the "transsexers" —psychologists, psychiatrists, endocrinologists, urologists—are curing a disease; actually, they engage in the quasi-reli-gious and political shaping and controlling of "masculine" and "feminine" behavior and identity.

“Perhaps it should not surprise us that transsexualism is going the way of homosexuality, from serious mental illness justifying psychiatric incarceration to normal behavior and human right. In principle, this is good. In practice, in the therapeutic state in which we live, it is bad. Why? Because any behavior recognized as "not pathological" is deemed, ipso facto, good or "valid," and taught to children in public schools.”

He saw it coming way back then

Hanania posted on X that LGBT+ should thank the Jews for their freedoms because of their wildly disproportionate influence in this area (he quoted Biden regarding this disproportionate influence). But maybe we should criticize the Jews given that they likely also disproportionately supported criminalizing freedom of association and introducing a totalitarian government that monitors employers/employees.

He can be trollish but I think he was shoving this fact in the anti-Semites’ face because he was sincere. Is he a troll in general? No.
